A type of soft coral. Each disk is about 1.5 in. in diameter. Details: 0.4 sec. @ f/16, ISO 400, 7D, Sigma EX 180, tripod, remote, MLU.

The colors of these corals continue to impress as do your shots of them Gary. Love the green here and I also really like their mouths. What very interesting shapes with the barbed edges. Look almost Venus Flytrap like.

lovely...amazing colors 8)
those little "lips" inside make steve's venus fly-trap reference make sense!!!
the curves are enticing...a compositional challenge that you handled well.

Lovely greens here, Gary. Not sure if shooting a bit further back would help preserve the right edge of the cut off coral.
